Proteus-Gold Ltd. in unison with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics participates in the international research project as a partner. The project’s goal is that the international partners develop low cost foods containing traditional ingredients for population groups at risk of poverty. Lipóti Bakery is interested in assembling recipes from ingredients recommended by the researchers, in the test production of products and in their testing. The participation in the R&D project is regarded as a challenge and an honour for the Bakery.
